A gentle three-session coaching package for women who feel emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. This package creates space to slow down, reflect, and begin understanding what is changing in your life and what you need moving forward. Together, we begin exploring: what feels out of alignment patterns of people-pleasing or over-responsibility your emotional needs, values, and priorities the beginnings of clearer self-trust and direction Ideal if you are not ready for deep transformation yet, but know something needs to change.

Terms & Conditions By purchasing coaching services from Empowered Midlife Coaching, you agree to the following terms. Coaching Coaching supports personal and professional development, confidence, leadership growth, and wellbeing. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal, financial, or medical advice. Client Responsibility Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and outcomes. Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual commitment and engagement. Confidentiality All coaching conversations are confidential unless disclosure is required by law or there is a serious risk of harm. Information is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Sessions Sessions are typically delivered online via Zoom or Teams. Clients are responsible for attending on time and ensuring a suitable private environment and internet connection. Packages Packages should normally be used within the following timeframes unless otherwise agreed: 3 sessions: within 3 months 6 sessions: within 6 months 10 sessions: within 12 months Unused sessions may expire after this period. Payment Payment is required in advance unless an instalment plan has been agreed. Missed instalments may result in coaching being paused. Empowered Midlife Coaching is not currently VAT registered. Cancellation & Rescheduling At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and remain chargeable. Refunds Completed sessions are non-refundable. Partially used packages are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for unused sessions will be considered at the coach’s discretion. Intellectual Property All coaching materials and programme content remain the intellectual property of Empowered Midlife Coaching and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Communication Reasonable support between sessions is included where agreed within a package. Coaching does not provide emergency or crisis support. Right to Terminate Empowered Midlife Coaching reserves the right to pause or end the coaching relationship if coaching is no longer appropriate or where behaviour becomes abusive or inappropriate. Liability Liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching service purchased. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
