Executive Coaching

Book a Discovery Call

Our initial call will be a relaxed, confidential conversation where we can explore:

  • What you are currently navigating

  • What support you need

  • Whether coaching feels like the right fit

Executive coaching for experienced women leading within not-for-profit organisations.

Leadership brings with it the privilege of making a meaningful contribution, influencing the future of an organisation and supporting others to succeed. It also requires thoughtful decision-making, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence and clarity.

My executive coaching provides experienced women with a confidential space to think, reflect and strengthen the judgement that underpins their leadership.

Drawing on twenty-five years working within not-for-profit organisations, including twenty years in senior leadership roles, I understand the unique opportunities and responsibilities that come with leading purpose-driven organisations. I know the importance of balancing governance, stakeholder relationships, organisational priorities and people, whilst remaining true to your own values and leadership style.

2

Coaching designed around your leadership

Every coaching relationship is shaped around your priorities.

You may be preparing for an important strategic decision, stepping into a new leadership role, developing your influence, strengthening relationships with colleagues or Trustees, or thinking about the next stage of your career.

Whatever brings you to coaching, our conversations are designed to help you think clearly, explore different perspectives and make decisions with confidence in your own judgement.

My role is not to provide all the answers.

It is to ask thoughtful questions that enable you to hear your own thinking more clearly.

3

Why clients choose to work with me

Alongside my coaching qualifications, I bring extensive experience of leading within complex, member-led organisations.

I understand the realities of Executive leadership because I have lived them.

I know what it means to work alongside Boards, Trustees and senior leadership teams. I understand the importance of balancing strategic priorities with organisational purpose, leading through change and supporting people whilst making decisions that are sometimes difficult.

That shared understanding means our coaching conversations begin where they matter most, rather than spending valuable time explaining the environment you work in.

4

What we might explore together

Every coaching partnership is different, but together we may explore:

  • strengthening trust in your own judgement

  • making important strategic decisions

  • developing your leadership presence

  • navigating organisational complexity

  • influencing with quiet authority

  • preparing for significant conversations

  • leading organisational change

  • balancing competing priorities

  • creating sustainable approaches to leadership

  • planning the next stage of your executive career

5

My coaching approach

I believe the most valuable coaching conversations create the opportunity to pause, reflect and think well.

They are not about providing quick answers or encouraging you to become a different kind of leader.

Instead, they offer the time and space to examine ideas, explore possibilities and make decisions that feel aligned with your values, experience and professional judgement.

Throughout our work together I will offer thoughtful challenge, honest reflection and practical insight, always with the aim of helping you strengthen your confidence in your own thinking.

6

How executive coaching works

Executive coaching is delivered through confidential online sessions lasting sixty minutes.

Most clients choose to meet every two or three weeks, allowing time to reflect between conversations and put new thinking into practice.

Some organisations commission coaching for senior leaders as part of their leadership development, whilst others invest personally in their own professional growth.

During our initial Discovery Call we'll discuss your objectives, explore what you would like to achieve and agree the approach that will provide the greatest value.

7

Investment

Executive coaching is offered as a six-session coaching partnership, providing the time and continuity needed to explore your thinking, strengthen your judgement and embed new approaches to leadership.
